I am seeking a full refund for the admission tickets, and the fan packages, not just the fan packages. I offered Fanboy an opportunity to show me proof of such communication, and again, they stopped responding. Again, there was no communication of this supposed deadline. Then I was told the cutoff was in October. They still didn't address my question about the deadline, until I pressed them yet again. I emailed a third time on 6/16, to which they claimed to have responded to my inquiry in the second email. I asked when the cutoff was for the admission tickets and Fanboy stopped responding to the email. They responded to the second email, and said they would refund the fan packages, but the admission tickets were "no longer" refundable. I contacted Fanboy on 5/24 and did not receive a response. We ultimately decided in May of 2022 that since none of the guests we wanted to see had rescheduled, we would seek a refund for the tickets. They did NOT indicate tickets were non-refundable. They posted online, indicating tickets would automatically roll over to a new event.
